1 Introduction

5 Account Registration & Security

To access betting and casino services, Users must register an Account. Registration requires provision of accurate personal information including full legal name, date of birth, address, contact details and a valid email address.

One Account Per Person: Each User is permitted to hold only one Account. Opening multiple accounts — whether to claim duplicate bonuses or to circumvent restrictions — is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 6 Deposits & Payment Methods

All account deposits are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 9 Betting Rules

The following general rules govern all bets placed through the Platform. Specific sports and market rules are published separately and should be consulted before placing any wager.

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only deemed accepted and valid once confirmed by the Platform and an official bet confirmation reference is issued to the User;
• Odds: All odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds applicable at the moment of confirmation are the odds that will apply to the settled bet;
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are set by the operator and displayed at the time of bet placement;
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void where an event is cancelled, abandoned or where the relevant market is suspended prior to settlement. Void bet stakes are returned to the User's account balance;

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Opening or operating more than one Account per person;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration information;
• Using the Platform if you are a minor (under 18 years of age or the applicable minimum age);
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion or match-fixing;

• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure;
• Systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner designed to generate risk-free profit at the operator's expense (commonly known as "bonus abuse" or "arbitrage betting" against the Platform's terms).

Upon detection of any prohibited conduct, bet786 may — without prior notice — suspend or permanently close the implicated Account, void any associated bets or winnings, retain deposited funds pending investigation and/or refer the matter to the relevant authorities.

11 Responsible Gambling

bet786 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We firmly believe that gambling should function solely as a form of entertainment and should never be pursued as a means of generating income, recovering losses or addressing financial difficulties.

12 Intellectual Property

13 Limitation of Liability

14 Amendments to These Terms
